Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli
Born in the end of the 80’s with a passion for pizza and the desire to teach the art of pizza making while combining a scientific educational approach and continued research for more modern methods, with the passion to put “your hands in the dough.”
It all began in Caorle, in the province of Venice, where the national headquarters is located. It then spread throughout Italy and abroad. Locations are in the USA, China, Japan, Australia, Brazil, Germany, France, and new locations soon in Spain, Portugal Albania, England, Romania, Bulgaria, Belgium, Holland, Argentina, Russia, Mexico, Peru, Canada, and Colombia. It is the only pizza making school in Italy certified around the world with physical locations both in Italy and internationally.
