Instructions
  1. Pour the apple vinegar in a deep pan, saving a part.
  2. Add extra virgin olive oil, sugar and the salt.
  3. Stir and heat to boiling.
  4. Put the chopped cauliflower in the pan and stir.
  5. After 5 minutes strain the cauliflowers and put the carrots in the pan.
  6. After other 5 minutes strain the carrots and add the green chopped peppers.
  7. Do the same with yellow peppers, then with the red ones.
  8. Put the cooked vegetables in a jar and add the apple vinegar.
  9. Let rest for one month.
