Instructions
  1. Coat fresh sardines with flour.
  2. Fry them in boiling corn oil.
  3. Strain them after 10 minutes.
  4. Put the extra virgin olive oil in a pan and add chopped onions.
  5. Add apple vinegar and the salt.
  6. Arrange the fried sardines in a baking sheet and top them with caramelized onions, then repeat with another layer.
  7. Sprinkle with raisin, pine nuts and apple vinegar.
